**Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale: ALL ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE**

Items purchase at regular price: We will happily accept returns purchases in their original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You have 30 DAYS from your date of delivery to qualify for a full refund. After 30 DAYS, a store credit will be issued. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.

Em Collective reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.

Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation that your return has qualified for a refund and that a refund/store credit has been issued.

How to start your return:

Send an email to customercare@emcollective.com that includes your Item(s) and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation with our return shipping address and further instructions.

Customs and Duties: No duties or custom fees will be charged to the customer on North American orders. Em Collective is not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control. Please check with your applicable country’s rates. Please note, delays at customs may hold up your order’s transit time.
